About the Gold Finish

This piece is part of the Mixed Metal Collection, featuring 24k gold applied using the traditional Korean technique keum boo.

Unlike gold plating, keum boo permanently bonds a thick layer of pure 24k gold to the surface of fine silver using heat and pressure.

The result is:

• Greater durability than gold plating or vermeil
