All orders are carefully processed and packaged within 5-10 business days. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.

Shipping Method
I ship all orders via second class post. While this method is reliable, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service schedules.

Delivery Times
After dispatch, please allow additional time for your order to arrive based on standard second class post delivery times. Typically, items sent via second class post arrive within 2-5 business days, but this may vary.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size. I strive to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible.

International Shipping
I offer international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the total cost at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.

Made-to-Order Items
Some jewellery pieces are made to order and require additional processing time. Made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically for each customer. Please check product descriptions for estimated production times before placing your order.
