This pair of Celtic Knot earrings is part of the Mixed Metal Collection, featuring designs accented with 24k gold using the keum boo technique. Keum boo is a traditional process that permanently bonds 24k gold foil to fine silver using heat and pressure. Because the gold is bonded rather than plated, it is significantly thicker and more durable than gold vermeil or plating. With proper care, keum boo jewellery can last for decades and may last a lifetime.

I ordered a custom pendant with my favourite Welsh word, favourite colours for the gems, and added the border & loop as well. Communication with Rhiannon was quick and clear, and the pendant came out perfectly.
